You need to try Lipoflavinoid (A natural vitamin available at any store) or something with similar ingredients. I’ve worked in a pharmacy for over 4 years and a lot of people says that works. Nothing at home really works that they told me. Sorry but good luck. Warmed sweet oil if you’re having any pain.
